My work is based on the narcissistic battles within the mind and through this turmoil, I bring meaning to the work. I create in hopes to analyze human nature and where the darkness in the mind sprouts from.

From a very young age, I struggled in academics and subconsciously leaned into the arts. I was making art before I could write my own name and realized, my creativity gave me a sense of self that allowed me to be seen and gave me an identity amongst my other peers.

I am a representational, mixed media artist who prefers working on a large format scale.

My current works are large-format paintings with qualities of collage with my usage of mixed media. The works all reside in self-analyzation of what certain feelings, relationships, encounters, nightmares, or life situations would be if represented.

I see a lot of my work following patterns of entrapment, lack of self-free will, and theories of addiction. Through my representational and expressionist style, my work becomes a feeling for the viewer. I make choices that display these aspects to me but neglect the conceptualization of basic symbolism.

By leaving the concept up for interpretation I make my works gravitate away from only being about me. It becomes a conversation on human nature. The experiences others have, the thoughts they think, and the assumptions within them. An evaluation of human nature.

Universal human nature discussions are a plot of my creations because eternity is never-ending while authenticity is being real/genuine. To be human is to be aware of your spirit, to be an artist is to represent spirits.
